History of GWRRA CO. Chapter C Cañon City, Colorado

GWRRA CO. Chapter C held their Charter Dinner at Cañon Inn Motel (now the Quality Inn) September 1989. We had a very good turnout with GWRRA Members from Pueblo Ch N, Colorado Springs Ch I and I believe members from the Denver Area. Chapter C consisted of 8 Charter Members and Spouses. Our first chapter meeting was held at the Baptist Church in Pueblo, CO. The first Area Rep. (Chapter Director) was Nelson & Emma French. We added Royal Gorge Wings to our chapter name to help identify us with our location. We then worked on different logos and finally ended up with the one which is above and on the right side of our Home Page.
